Last date for memberships is 31 July, after this date, you will not be eligible to vote at the AGM

Late Summer Open weekend

Please note We have had difficulty with this event which will embrace the AGM as the two earlier proposed dates conflicted with other meetings and events. The 14/15 August is the date that is clear of most other happenings.

The AGM will now take place at 3.00pm Saturday August 14th

Please also be aware that due to the lack of rain this year, the pond is now at a very low level, some 16"+ lower than normal.

Tea, coffee and a barbeque will be available at times published on the day.

Please note this is a date change for which we apologies and hope you are able to make alterations to any B&B or camp sites bookings.

Alternatively you may be able to come on the original dates of 28/29 August to Cheddar as well!

This is to be our ‘earlier’ Winter Warmer event

 Please note that as there is no permanent electricity or water supply to the site, caravans may be better located at one of the very good local sites.
